Our Work
MLU works to advance equity and opportunity for Maryland’s Latine community through
five key areas:
Our environmental justice initiatives tackle disparities in environmental health, advocating for policies and programs that promote sustainability.
To close health gaps, we implement targeted programs ensuring Latine individuals have access to essential care and resources.
Economic empowerment efforts focus on breaking financial barriers, fostering entrepreneurship, and promoting wealth-building opportunities.
Finally, through advocacy and civic engagement we amplify Latine voices, ensuring representation in decision-making spaces to drive lasting change.
